	IMG Pictures is operated by a group of individuals who are uniquely qualified to tell the story of rural communities. Director of Project Development KIRBY ROSS Kirby is a sixth-generation native of Phillips County in northwest Kansas. He is a managing editor for the Main Street Media newspaper chain, which serves rural communities in northwest Kansas and south central Nebraska. Kirby is the author of The True Life Wild West Memoir of a Bush-Popping Cow Waddy and The Autobiography of Samuel S. Hildebrand, the Renowned Missouri Bushwhacker. In 2006 Kirby was instrumental in organizing a Mattel Toys event that brought over 10,000 people to Phillips County. He has also served on a number of local steering committees formed to help rural plains communities develop revitalization initiatives.
